Mamaology

Join art therapist + mama Taylor Beardsall for an expressive art workshop. Motherhood can be the most precious gift, and at times feel completely overwhelming and isolating. We will utilize a variety of expressive arts approaches to reflect on, connect with, express, and explore feelings around motherhood and identity. We will create mixed media pieces and visual reminders of our strength and our journey. This workshop will also be a wonderful opportunity to connect with other local mamas! Open to mamas of all ages and stages, but let this be a time for you and leave your little ones at home. No art experience necessary! (I will be hosting mama + baby/little one art sessions in the future!)
