Meditation and Creation: A VIRTUAL EVENT! (ZOOM)

$20 Join Brandon Klein (Meditation Coach, WiseMindGentleSoul) and Taylor Beardsall (Art Therapist, Solstice Healing Arts Collective) for this dynamic VIRTUAL workshop. Through the meditation and journaling practice, we will explore our inner experience. We will then express thoughts and reflections through the therapeutic art process. No experience necessary. We believe this workshop will be an amazing opportunity to explore our response to this situation, process it, express ourselves, and experience a sense of connection despite the necessary social distancing practices. Taylor Beardsall, M.Ed, ATR, RYT: Taylor Beardsall is a Certified Art Therapist and Yoga Teacher (RYT-200 Certified YogaCalm Youth Instructor, YogaMedics Certified). Taylor is a founder and art therapist at Solstice Healing Arts Collective.

Brandon Klein, M.A. is a Meditation Coach with WiseMindGentleSoul. He is extremely passionate about instructing individuals on how to develop a new relationship with their thoughts. Through a response to his own suffering, Brandon became enamored with meditation as a tool for suffering less and experiencing more joy and pleasure in life.
