Virtual Open Mic and Responsive Artmaking

Participate in our virtual open mic night, that will also include  responsive are making! In celebration of poetry month, each person is  welcome to share a poem or song while the rest of the participants on  the Zoom chat will create art in response to what they hear. While this will be facilitated by an art therapist, this will not be a group therapy session, but rather a safe space where  people can blend creative disciplines to connect and support one another. Pay what you can. A portion of proceeds from this event will be donated to support front-line workers helping with the COVID-19 treatment in Detroit.  Upon registration, you'll receive an email with ZOOM link and further recommendations for this workshop.
